“Wonderful and Refreshing”
It was such a pleasure to have a nice room and great breakfast waiting every morning, Thank you.
“Just OK...”
The room was clean and comfortable...nothing special. Wireless internet worked great.
“Great location, Very clean, Great Amenities”
The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. Great breakfast room that converts to a little pub in the evening. The food choice for breakfast was wide and varied. The elevator is very central, the hallways long, so if you're mobility challenged, make sure to ask for a room close to the elevators (my mom was on crutches and the walk was long to our room from the elevator).
“Would definitely come back.”
From the time we arrived to the time we left, the staff was really nice, the rooms looked exactly as it was described, the beds were really comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the room was great! The location of the hotel was really close to all the major stores and the west acres mall. I would definitely come back to this hotel again in the future.
“Not Impressed”
The hotel advertizes a happy hour with free food and drink in the lounge. You get one free drink per person per stay. Then if you buy a drink, you get a free appetizer. At the front desk they have coffee and cookies. No decaf coffee and when the tray of cookies are gone, that's it. They have wireless LAN but no ability to print from the guestrooms. The one public computer in the lobby was so messed up, it wouldn't do anything, much less print. I picked this hotel because it was cheap and had a refrigerator and a microwave oven. I guess I got what I paid for.
“Nice away from home stay!”
We arrived in Fargo, ND to research family info at the University Library. We were welcomed by hotel staff and placed in a room close to a back door. Traveling with our 7.2 lb Yorkie is a treat and a challenge and we often ask for a room near a door. This room was near the ice machine, elevator and back door which was also a door to the lower conference room area. I wondered if the room would be noisy and keep us up. The room was quiet. We heard nothing. It was so convienent to take our dog out. The only complaint I can even make; I had to walk 100 ft to the grass area where she could releive herself. Not a problem though. There is no hotel cafe or restaurant open Sunday eve's. We order delivery to our room. Nice! The hotel is located near several restaurants, food stores and other shopping but we chose delivery which the hotel provided information for. The room was clean and decorated nicely. It had a welcoming feel. The chair in the room was soiled and I have to say it was so soiled I did not want to sit on it. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. I didnt have much interaction with them which to me says a lot; "no problems". We paid $10.00 for our pet....the going rate though I am not sure why they charge for pets when I still do all the work. All in all, we we were 95% satisfied with our stay and we would stay at Country Inn and Suites again if in Fargo, ND.
“A good choice for college visits”
Very good breakfast. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a handicapped-accessible room and it was only borderline; shower/tub had a high side my elderly mother had to climb over to use - not really handicappped-friendly! Otherwise we were very pleased with it. There was a refrigerator & small microwave, which was a great bonus. Easy to get to this hotel & lots of restaurant choices nearby.
“Excellent place & close to shopping”
The hotel was very clean and well kept. We had no problems and would recommend staying there. It was close to West Acres mall. Add a continental breakfast and very inexpensive.
