Room was nice and was clean with lots of space. Staff were nice and the breakfast had lots of options. The hotel has a pool, but not an ideal setup in winter. Almost no airflow and condensation dripping everywhere and lots of humidity. Looks nice, but needs some improvements. Overall the hotel is nice and decent value for money.

In general this was a nice hotel with good beds; breakfast buffet was good. we were just very frustrated with out key cards for room access. Took us about 5 minutes to get ours to work; and our daughter's at least 10-15 min each time they tried to enter the room. For her, we were given new cards each time, but still no big improvement. it seemed like the batteries maybe didn't work well anymore, but the staff just didn't seem anxious to fix our problem. And no, the cards were not near a cell phone, etc. Disappointing and frustrating.
