"This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is absolutely gorgeous- inside & out. The location is ideal- right on the water and close to everything, as well as very safe. The ceilings, the canopy bed, the tiles in the bathroom, the flooring, the stairwell- everything was beautiful and it is the absolute cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was great, with fill-your-own cannoli, pastries, yogurt and more. I hope I can return to beautiful Siracusa and I will definitely be staying here."

"This is probably the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed. I have written many reviews and never have I ever had the pleasure to write such a glowing compliment about a place we have stayed . We spent only one night here, but we have been overwhelmed by the hospitality of the hotel staff . We were greeted by Giuseppe at the front desk who upgraded us to a suite and very kind. The room had the view of the front garden and swimming pool- it felt serene. The bathroom had great selection of toiletries and the shower was very comfortable. We went to the spa which is honestly spectacular . We took the hammam treatment and Paulo did a great job . He informed us that he has been working in this spa for over 10 years and really takes care of the spa like it’s his own . Then we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we were blown away by the hospitality of the chef’s team and Santoni our server. Every dish was meticulously prepared and they really took care of us with no compromise of service and flavour. The stuffed ravioli was a taste sensatio. The breakfast was yet another spectacular event. The hot eggs and pastries were exquisite and Jimmy our server was kind and attentive and took initiative really look after us. Isobella at the reception was lovely .The thing we took away from staying here 1 night is that the staff love their job and it is because of this dedication to attention & professionalism in every tiny detail that makes this the best hotel we have ever stayed."

"There were things we've appreciated, such as friendly host, who tried his best to help us, cheerful dog and cheap price. However the list of disappointing things is much longer. The biggest problem was dirty towels with black spots, which looked like it fell on the floor. Midsize towels were almost clean, but two big towels had a significant dirt. The toilet had a leak, so the host asked us to close the input valve after every use of the toilet. These two problems must be fixed before hosting anyone, but a few other issues I'd like to mention below. There were rust in the bathroom, the drain was dirty and after taking a shower the water leaked from shower cabin. We've stayed during winter and to hear cold room we've used Air conditioner. However it produced a screaming noise every couple hours which woke up us in the middle of the night, when we complained the host said it's normal. Hair dryer was also dirty and sticky to touch, we assume it had never been cleaned before. The room smell bad as if someone smoked inside some time ago. We appreciated to meet the host personally and we hope our feedback can improve the accommodation in the future."

"We had a lovely stay at the property - the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the hotel really went out of their way to ensure our stay felt special! It was a great base to explore Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The only downside is you need a car as there’s nothing within walking distance of the hotel."

"Our stay was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to Syracuse and close from the beach and excellent restaurants. The rooms are comfortable the surrounding is beautiful. The food is exquisite and above all the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Beautiful property located 10 minutes from Ortigia and the city of Syracuse, best to have a car. Grounds are impeccable and you can easily spend your days by the enormous pool. Breakfast is great and staff is pleasant. Rooms are super clean we smelled the cleaning products as we walked in. Air condition unit seems to need some maintenance, but still worked. If you are looking for great beaches and have a car, this is the place, within an hour or less you are at the isola delle correnti (southern most point of Italy) or San Lorenzo beach and Fontane Bianche all beautiful beaches. Recommend to anyone looking for places to explore or to simple soak up the beautiful weather on this pristine property."
