Charming Cornish cottage with shared pool/hot tub, sleeps 6, nr Falmouth

Newly reburbished in July 2023, and set in the corner of the main Tresooth courtyard, Newlyn is a three bedroom cottage set over two levels. With a bathroom for each bedroom, Newlyn is especially suited to groups of friends, but families will also enjoy everything Newlyn has to offer.

The cottage has an open plan living/dining room with a log burner, and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay.

There is a superking/twin room with en-suite shower on the ground floor, while upstairs has two rooms that can be superkings or split into twin beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, with the main bathroom with bathtub also upstairs.

Guests can also enjoy the courtyard and flower beds from the cottage's patio area and picnic table just outside.

Parking is shared with the other cottages and located to the front of the complex.
