"Great location, ideal if you’re getting the train. I was able to check in early, and was given a free cocktail as it was a special occasion. I couldn’t work the air conditioning and within about two minutes of ringing reception, the maintenance team were up to fix it. Every interaction I had with staff was exceptional. "A lovely hotel, super comfy bed and great staff. I couldn't have asked for a better location. I parked off site for just £10 and just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful, in particular the young lady at reception upon my arrival and also the the helpful waitress. I loved the ambience of the restaurant it was dimly lit and felt quite an intimate setting that would be even better with a loved one or on a romantic date and the quality of the food was impressive.
