"Gorgeous historic hotel, top notch amenities. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good. One thing to know - not all rooms are equally well located and appointed. Our room central AC was broken, and portable AC unit was very noisy. We asked to move to a different room, which was much better but had windows with frosted glass for privacy. Do inquire ahead of time to make sure you are booking a good room."

"The hotel was very nice, with clean accommodations and convenient parking. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was that I mistakenly thought the hotel had laundry facilities because I misread the list of amenities. That was my error, not the hotel’s. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again."

"This is the 2nd IHG hotel I've stayed at and the 2nd hotel where the pool was 'closed for maintenance'. both instances I was told maintenance is working on it and it would be open the next day....nope....a week later and the caution tape was still there. very disappointing as I chose these places due to the hotel. This place did say we could use the pool at the hotel next door but who wants to have to go outside and cross a parking lot...."
