"Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and spacious. We were in Franklin and had a cute little balcony, which was great. Microwave and fridge in room, walkable to UO, terrific. 4 stars instead of 5 because of dirty washcloth and hair in the bathroom."

"Lovely historic B & B with nice garden, we enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine with our picnic dinner in the little gazebo with a pack of shy kittens for company. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious, staff friendly and the breakfast delicious. The scone was the best ever!"
