"Bathroom needs new fixtures or at least some repairs. Everything else was great. Location was PERFECT for graduation stay. Beautiful 20 minute flat walk to Auzten stadium and across the street from Knight Arena.
Good local coffee available all day. Free easy parking. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space."
"A very clean and well-run family-operated establishment. It’s a solid choice for a fair price. Breakfast selection is very limited but, yes, we would recommend."
"Manager was great and very helpful! Awesome location close to campus but it’s an older motel so don’t set expectations too high. I would stay here again for future business trips."
"Great bargain room, nothing fancy but clean and decent size. Right next to Whole foods, and Eugene Downtown but also close to U of O campus.
The bathroom was where the building showed it's age the most, but nothing that affected our stay.
I will stay here again as I travel to Eugene frequently"
"Everything about this property was fantastic. The room was clean. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant was very nice. Inside or outside seating. Outside seating right near the river. So relaxing. The food and drinks were delicious. The servers were so nice and friendly.
