Location was fantastic, just a 7 minute drive to the rocky mountain National Park. We were in close proximity to Estes Park and all the restaurants and activities. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hot tub was a huge plus after hiking on a cold day. Phil our host was super friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay again

Phil and Dottie were absolutely wonderful hosts. So friendly and helpful. Simply genuine people. The room was lovely and very clean. We had all the comforts needed. The coffee was great. The rendezvous basket was a perfect way to snack over the 3 days we were here and the fresh cut flowers made it extra special. Would highly recommend a stay!

It was perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was perfect and with the a good snow covering the ground it was beautiful looking out the open windows. It was a 2 minute drive to the park and about 5 minutes to town with many good restaurants.

Really like the property. Only recommendation is to have one assigned parking per unit vs. free for all. You could end up parking far from your rental.

Very nice spacious rooms. Room was clean and comfortable. The view out our door was beautiful. My only complaint was the small/tight parking spaces.

We like the cleanliness of the resort and its proximity to Rocky mountain national Park the facility was very clean and the spa tub was in perfect working order

Check in was awesome, staff was friendly and gave the BEST food recommendations for in town. The neighbors were all friendly and we even saw an elk the last two days! Beautiful setting on the Fall River

So Beautiful!
This is our second time to stay here. The location close to Rocky Mountain Park entrance is perfect. We love to sit out by the beautiful stream and watch the elk that come on the property to eat. The property is so well cared for, clean and stocked with the basic needs for your stay. Eric was great to work with, very friendly and suggested good places to eat. We highly recommend Aspen Winds on Fall River!

Wonderful place to stay. Our patio set right off the river with picturesque mountains across. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to thank Eric at the front desk for being an exceptional host. The highlight would be watching enormous elk walk past your patio. Highly recommended.

We couldn't get the tv to work properly. That was a bummer. Also, the maid walked in on us, without knocking, the next morning, when we were told they didn't have maid service, due to Covid.

Me and my fiancé absolutely loved this gorgeous place. We loved it so much we added on another night. The owners are amazing and so friendly. I loved being able to enjoy every morning on the back patio listening and seeing the river. Everything is very well maintained. We will definitely come back here in the future. Book this place !

Wonderful place.
We had a great stay here. The location is awesome and we felt away enough from others to feel very safe. Nature is right outside your door. We were even visited by a bear one night; make sure to close the ground floor windows!
