Beautiful views from the property and spa, particularly from the infinity pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. They really made our stay as part of our anniversary trip special and we hope to go back for longer some time. The included catamaran to Lucerne was a nice day out. They were also very dog friendly and provided a good quality dog bed.

Spa is over the top amazing!!!!!!! Scenery is breathtaking!!!
Transportation by catamaran and funicular to the resort was fun! Food was amazing. Drinks were pretty, but weak. Service team was spectacular! (ONLY complaint I might have is our particular pillows that we chose were a little musty smelling.) The hike up to the lift was perfect. Would return again in a heartbeat!

Room is great, but for a family room, there's only one toilet, one shower room, not suitable for the need of family. Also the curtain is broken on the first day, we reported, but never get it fixed.
The other problem is that the restautrant always attracts flies, bugs when serving food/drinks.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience. We got the Burgenstock Boat across Lake Lucerne and then the Funicular up the mountain. We were kindly escorted to our Executive room with Panorama view (to which we were very kindly upgraded to for our honeymoon by Andreas). The room was beautifully furnished with an incredible view over the lake and mountains. The fireplace was a great addition and was also visible from the bathtub. The bathroom was large and spacious with excellent amenities.
There was a huge variety of options at breakfast and the food was delicious. We were made a customized fresh juice by the cheerful Giudetta which was amazing. The view from breakfast is also incredible if you get a seat by the window.
What we enjoyed most about the hotel were the amazing spa facilities including the infinity pool (which is heated). My wife loved the fact that you could go into the outdoor infinity pool and then back into the heated indoor area without leaving the pool. There were also multiple other areas to enjoy and we loved our cacao and honey body scrub.
All in all, this was the most amazing hotel we've experienced and we can't wait to return!

it was worth every single penny this is the most beautiful hotel I've ever been! the view is OUTSTANDING and mind blowing! i recommend any visitor to use the boat and the funicular to go to the hotel from Lucerne that makes the experience even better.

Everything was perfect except when I went down to the front desk because my key card suddenly stopped working and the guy working at the front desk asked me 3 times where my hotel was and if it was the palace hotel. I clearly showed him the key card that belonged to the alpine spa and said my hotel is here. I felt judged based on how I looked and offended.

Worth every outrageous penny! This hotel is not so much a hotel as a once in a lifetime experience. Of course, the rooms are lovely, 5-Star, with jaw dropping views. But that is just the start. What really sets this place apart
Is the 2-story spa with indoor/outdoor infinity pool. Rain or shine (and we had both), the S.p.A. sparked a lot of vacation joy. We had very high expectations and the Bürgenstock exceeded them

Too strict for photo taking at Alpine Spa. We arrive late, thus can only use it after 5pm, which already past the photo time, but it was empty, so we took some photos but got scold by staffs, and forbid us from taking anymore photos even the pool is empty and we were disturbing nobody.
