“Terrible management”

Newer hotel, 1st night bed not neatly made and dirty wash cloth left in tub. 2nd night, we had two rooms, both tissue rolls needed to be changed, we left the new roll to be changed and it was there when we returned, not changed, both rooms. 3rd night, when we returned to go to bed we had found an earring post up on the floor and the cleaner had taken our bed clothes off the back of the door and removed them from the room. We called the front desk at 10:30 pm.. The clerk said he would look, found nothing and would make a report. Went to the front desk at 8:30 am asked the front desk clerk about my problem, she had no idea and the night clerk never made a note. Wanted to see the manager, she would be late. I waited until 9:15 and still no manager. Finally a sales manager came, explained our issue. She found our clothes in the dirty laundry, they were handed to us in a plastic bag and stunk like wet dirty musty towels. She offered to comp our room for one night, we stayed 3 and two rooms but that's fine. I waited for a call, call never came. I called two days later and was informed they would send me a voucher for a free night. Still waiting! The manager needs to step up and call when there is a problem. The breakfast was good and they kept it fresh, no one cleaned the tables and they were sticky, 3 days. Time for manager training and clock so they can get to work on time.

“Smokin' Mad”

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. Got to the hotel and only had 1 king bed. Went to tell front desk and they gave us a room with 2 queen beds in a SMOKING room. We asked them to Febreeze the room and they said they would use their Ionizing machine, which got rid of the smoking smell, but then stunk of burning electrical equipment. The rest of the hotel was clean so I would recommend staying there, just be SURE to confirm your room BEFORE you travel.

“Disapointing”

When I booked this Hotel, I made sure that I would have a NON SMOKING room, and then I was put into a SMOKING room! I reserved a cot, and when I got to the Hotel, they did not have one for my room. I booked well in advanced, and called the Hotel days prior to my chech-in. They told me that everything was all set with the non-smoking room, and a cot. The staff was quite rude when I tried to talk to them about it. Breakfast was ok, and it is located right off the highway with plenty to do. Only a few miles from 6 Flags. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's before, and this is the only one that I have had problems with.
