“Nice hotel; not a walkable neighborhood”

Very nice hotel--excellent service and cleanliness. Everything in good condition. Very convenient to I-91. The only downside is that the neighborhood--a bunch of strip-mall parking lots--is not pedestrian-friendly.

“Hampton Inn is my new Hotel of choice”

I was very sick upon arriving and the hotel staff helped me find a med center as I was from out of town. Could not ask for a cleaner, nicer, freindlier hotel. When they say free breakfast its really a breakfast and not just cereal and breakfast bars. Didn't want to leave. Just can't say enough good things about it.

“Least crowded Hampton in area”

This new Hampton Inn was an excellent value for the money. The breakfast menu changed daily.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There aren't any "decent" motels up in Enfield CT, but this one REALLY is very nice. Super clean, new, and pretty. Staff was very nice, rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The free breakfast was also very well done. I can finally visit my family and not have to worry about staying at one of the stinky, sticky, smelly and old motels that you were your only choice in Enfield. Great job!

“Great hotel!”

The room was extremely quiet and comfortable. Staff were gracious and engaging. Everything was spotless. Breakfast room was lovely; food was good. Our only regret was that we were not able to spend more time there.

“Great Experience”

We were back in Mass. for my Mom's funeral which was very traumatic. The hotel staff was great, pleasant and helpful so we had no unnecessary stress. The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was more than we expected with good quality food and drink items. We will be back and we will choose to stay at that hotel again.

“Great location for shopping”

I have no complaints about this motel and very happy we stayed there for the weekend while attending an event at the BIG E. Breakfast was included with the room from 6am to 10am and coffee, tea, and hot coco were available free of charge 24/7. The indoor pool area was clean and bright located near the elevators, right off the lobby. The motel has no restaurant, but it is location is convenient to local restaurants as well as shopping centers and malls. It is really a great location for all types of shopping. The weekend we were there the motel was completely sold out, but that didn't impede us from getting breakfast or getting assistance from the front desk when we needed it. The breakfast area was kept clean and the staff kept everying flowing during the breakfast hours. Very helpful staff, clean rooms.

“Nice Getaway”

The hotel staff are very friendly. They provided great service and responded to any pending questions. The pool area was great, the whirlpool was at perfect temperature. The room assigned to us was spacious and clean. The beds felt very comfortable and the room in general was in good condition. Coffee and tea is always available as well as the microwave. Overall my familly had a good time staying there, especially since the location was also very convenient near shopping malls and stores.
