Great room . Motel is up on high hill with steep driveway. No signs for motel . Could be hard to find at night.

Beautiful view, and easy to find. My room was spotless and quiet. This is very appreciated! The TV should be installed on the wall or raised higher on a platform. Reason for 4 stars on property condition is that work is presently being done at rear, the entry signage should be replaced (1st impression), and the road to the parking lot needs some minor repair.

The room and bathroom was very clean way better than more expensive places we have stayed. The bed was comfortable climate control etc was fantastic. An overall 'A", a hidden secrecet, fantastic. We will definitely stay there in the future.

Terrific stay, great breakfast, super clean. Only issue was the old heater that sometimes went click-click-click-click when it was time to cycle off. It kept waking us up, and sometimes it didn’t turn off. so the room became hot. But we LOVED that they feed the staff breakfast at 9:00. Very cool!

Comfortable hotel in a great location
Nice, unpretentious place just outside Ellijay, a bit challenging to find.. Convenient to the picturesque little downtown with excellent restaurants. Very good breakfast. Room very comfortable with bathroom maybe getting a little tired -- loud fan, tub enclosure seemed to be aging. But I'll definitely stay there again.

Family trip to see snow
Love everything about this hotel except NO ELEVATOR while i stayed on the 2nd floor and we have a 5 year old grand daughter and we have to take half our house when we go off and tote it all up stairs which the front desk said it was just 16 steps but if your up and down the steps 10 times thats 360 steps lol so but Alec the front desk guy did offer to help me tote it to my room.

This was our first stay in Ellijay- AND our first stay in a Best Western. We usually book IHG properties, but that wasn’t an option. Lucky for us! This was a great place to stay! Everyone was super friendly- our room was neat and comfy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful motel
We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was courteous and friendly. We only had one complaint. There wasnt enough tables and chairs to sit down for breakfast. You really need more than 4 with the size motel you have. The morning we left we finally got one of the tables . Other than that, everything was perfect.
