Clean, comfortable and the coffee is greatly appreciated. Only downside is the bathroom being so far away but considering I was there less than 12 hours I can't really argue. "Really happy with my stay. Half the price (£65 for Walnut Room) and twice as good as city centre chains. There was a bit of traffic noise (building is close to a busy road) but the room had character (v high ceilings), nice furniture, comfortable bed, was clean and in a good location. Easy to find fault in places but as someone who regularly works away for work, this is definitely a 'come back to'."

Overall ok thanks to the other guest Michael who welcomed me and also showed me that there was a kitchen (microwave oven), which I could use. A bit more clean carpets some places and a few not so expensive improvements would give this place an extra star *"
