“The most comfortable bed, and wonderful staff”

Arrived in town after traveling 13 hours and needed to be sure of a comfortable night's sleep. Never have I found a more comfortable mattress - even with separate firmness controls. Very impressive. The rooms were ample sized, quiet and well cared for. Fantastic staff was attentive, genuinely polite and exceeded my expectations. The pool and spa temperatures were just great and the area was clean with stacks of pool towels available. They even offer free shuttle service to and from town, the airport, train or bus station. Excellently run hotel. I will recommend it highly.

“Best in Elko”

Enjoyed the stay. staff was great. If in Elko this is the only place I would recommend. Go check out the salt flats and lake Lamoille hike, Awesome!

“Great Hotel”

“Elko's Best Choice”

We picked this hotel because we could not find one bad review on it. It definitely lived up to its rating and I cannot say one thing negative about anything the hotel offered us. We ended up staying at the hotel again on our return home a week later and were very satisfied once again. For the quality of this hotel, the rate is extremely reasonable.

“Great place to stay in the middle of nowhere!”

Reasonable rates, clean, comfortable, friendly personnel, plenty of parking, quiet, quick jog off the freeway, but the street was all torn up so be careful!

“Mostly good, little picky”

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and was really impressed with the cleanliness, the staff was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Our picks come from there not being a continental breakfast - in order to eat you had to pay almost $10 per person for their breakfast buffet unless you were a special club member. The automatic front doors were out of order. They would have been convenient with our luggage cart. Would we stay there again - you bet. But we would bring our own food unless we wanted to eat an omelet made to order.

Area recommendations
We saw a movie at the Elko theater on Community - was nice for a small town, not what we were used to. There is road work happening on the road directly in front of hotel - did not impact travel much. We did not really go very far in Elko, was a stopping point between places.

“Amazing hotel”

Hotel was great! The hotel was under-staffed during breakfast, but the food was great!
