When me and my girlfriend walked in there was sheets on the floor, pillows on the floor, the blanket had this weird green stain on it and the pillows were moderately dirty and the bathroom had towels on the toilet and there was no toothpaste or shampoo only body wash and conditioner. The bathroom tub also seemed pretty dirty so we didnt use it either. Overall it could have been better and there should be room service more often to clean and tidy up the place at least and replace the sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. i want to stay here again but honestly i might not because of this experience.

The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling. The security lock on the door was ripped off and missing. The WiFi in the entire motel never worked. One towel in the room. With no security lock the maid walked in on me in a state of undress. No knock just came in.I left early so can’t comment on breakfast. I tried to check out but no one in the open office area at 3:30 am I will not stay there again. Don shipley. Out a lot of money for a substandard room.

We got our room and we thought it was going to be relaxing especially since we had a long trip to get to the hotel. We open the room and to our surprise the floor seemed to not been mopped in months it looked like they just threw some water and dirt accumulated on the water. I could say out of all my hotel experiences this one was the worst. Not to mention the room my sister got were kids running around knocking on her door not letting her sleep she went to tell the host from the hotel and she would apologize and just continue talking to another person without calling the attention of the kids parents, i don’t know if it’s just me but to me that was very unprofessional.

The rooms was not clean bed sheets had small stains good thing we had taken blankets with us ..for the next day my key wouldn’t open my room I ended up having to go to the lobby twice to get someone to help me open the door kids that were in the lobby we’re knocking on my window and door I wouldn’t stay here again

Do not book! They made me wait to check in for 10 mins (nobody in like, just wait over there for ??) the bathroom was GROSS. The handle in the shower fell off, everything was rusty, the mat was peeling and dirty, tissue box was empty, they only had a tiny bit of cereal and waffles for breakfast. No coffee cups! Go elsewhere, it is not worth the cheap price.

I dislike that the pictures 9n here are NEVER what you end up getting once you check-in. They should have a $25 reward for us booking the hotel, looking at the room first, seeing the breakfast being served, if NOT wanting to stay! The breakfast was sucky. They had waffles ONLY. Small yogurt. Orange juice wasn't working. Had apple and cranberry juice. Lots of water. Fruit loops and Korn Flakes with milk. NOTHING else. Stayed twice a d no room service was offered or given. No bother of fresh towels or toilet paper. They had no little condiment soaps etc. Pillows were so old and flinzy. Has an elevator. Which was a plus. No telephone in room. The outside of the hotel smelled dirty and next to elevators was the smoking ashtrays, so smelled bad inside elevator too. Yeah, pay for what u get. I understand that! Just update ur fotos and information and let us decide if we stay or not! I want a refund. Or something back.

The “quality I did not deserve”
Not the “quality I deserved” I was placed in room 122, which upon entering the restroom, realized it was still dirty. The toilet was specked. So they moved me to room 157. Which again, toilet was used and unclean. I asked room service to clean, not in the mood to switch rooms again. Granted, the beds were made so I assumed it was just the toilet and shower they missed. WRONG!!! The sheets were dirty and basically tucked back in place. Worst experience ever. Uncomfortable knowing you previously sat on unwashed sheets. Too late to switch room, which ofc they had no more “clean rooms.” No hot water and breakfast was a waffle and orange juice.

Elevator not work having to carry luggage from opposite ends of hotel Tv remote not working, ironing board non functional had to lay iron board on bed to iron clothes Facility is falling apart Manager was nice the rest rest of staff was inexperienced and lacked customer service I arrived at 11:30pm Christmas Eve and was being attended and another customer came in after me and they gave them priority over me and made me wait several minutes before returning to help me check in I was exhausted and had driven 14 hours that day and wasn’t in the mood to be cut in front of and wait for a customer that came in after me to be attended to Also I stayed for 3 days and I had to constantly go to office to get a new room key because it wouldn’t open the room door and it was very inconvenient when I’m carrying luggage or bags and would have to go back down to office from opposite ends of hotel when the elevator is out of service

The floor I stayed was filthy dirty. Drink spilled and foods on the hallway. The heater in my room made unusual noise. Bathtub not really that good. Shower wasn't good either. They need to door better job with flooring throughout the hotel especially in the rooms and hallways. Bed very comfortable. Front desk clerks are outstanding and very friendly and professional. Location is excellent.

Staff folks were nice. Noisy location right near the freeway. Disappointing breakfast with no orange juice and only hot option was waffles. The ice machine on the second floor either was not working or ran out of ice cubes.

It was mold all around the restroom, roaches in the bathroom. Smelled like roach killer, the floors and walls were really dirty, bunch of noise from the other rooms.
