Upon arrival I flushed the toilet and it started leaking. But was fixed as soon I notified the office. Property is being improved and will make a great place in the future.

Very rude employees who did not allow me to speak with a supervisor tnere was blood on the sheets the shower had mold in it and smelt like a litter box we stayed for four days and they never gave us room service and they told me I could not have visitors when I drove from out of town to see family the outlets didn’t work and the air conditioner was not working our room was a hot box not to mention when my daughter showered the vent fell on her head and had to be taken to the hospital for stitches they kept the deposit and the manger called us horrible names when we went to check out and talk about what took place during our stay

We apologize about your experience and will speak with our employees. If you had any problems with your room you could have asked to be moved to another room or canceled your stay with us but there was never a request made. Upon further review, room service was not given to the room because of the "Do Not Disturb" sign that was on the door for the duration of your stay. Also, our policy states that for guest comfort and so everyone can have access to amenities the pool is for registered guests only. You had over 10 guests with two more cars on the way of people when you were told about the policy. You were aggressive and intoxicated and resorted to insult and verbally abuse the employees cursing at them and making xenophobic comments. When asked to leave you refused and stayed the night and caused damage to the room and that is why the deposit was lost. We apologize and will get the issues with your room looked into and fixed ASAP. Thank you and we hope to see you again.

The lady in the front with blue contacts was very very very rude to me and my daughters . Would refuse to give us sheets for our couch bed and was very rude to my young daughter . Staff were smoking and drinking at the pool . The lady in the front even after telling her thank you gave us an ugly look and rolled her . Charged me a $100 deposit on top of what I was already getting gather and said in an ugly tone you need to give me your ID and a debit card even tho I was charged already after I had given it to her the first time .

I've stayed there time to time over the last 20 years, or at the other hotels near I 10 and Mesa, this property has gone a little downhill, mold in the bathroom shower, and doesn't seem warranted the $100 deposit, what's someone going to take, so will return to one of my other options on my next shopping trip from Mexico. I have a small hotel rated 9.4.

Sorry for the inconvenience sir we are looking into remodeling here in the near future. The 100 security deposit is taken at check in and returned at checkout if there is no problems. That is the way we guarantee that people don't smoke in the rooms or party sin the hotel rooms which guarantees our guest a good night sleep and safety on the property.
