Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. Balconey needs hanging frames for wet towels."

"It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurants were just amazing, and the food just delicious. We over indulged every day! The night shows were fantastic. The hotel location couldn’t be better, with the beach just literally 1 minute walk. Quite beach with a life saver post, black sand with pristine waters. We just want to specifically mention Monica, Linda and Ana at front desk; they answered every single of our, sometimes annoying, questions in patient and friendly manner. We were very sad when we left but looking forward to a second visit."
