Rooms are somewhat small, but practical storage areas & room for hanging some clothes. Beds very comfortable. Be aware that there is no coffee maker, water or glasses in the room. "

"The hotel is the other side of the railway from the town centre so has to be reached by tunnel under the station - the nearest one is ok but the next one was not nice and there were people begging outside the supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel, however is fine - my room was large enough with fridge and good wardrobe and although my room looked down on the railway platforms I didn't hear anything when the window was closed. I would use it again."

Das Zimmer ist groß genug und das Bad ebenfalls. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Restaurant bietet sehr leckere Gerichte an, individuelle Menu- Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Die Gerichte mit dem Monschauer Senf muss man probieren. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert. "

"Breakfast was delicious and the best we had while touring Central Europe. Since we started our vacation in this area, we guessed it would be hard to beat during the rest of our trip. We were right. This hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice. The restaurants, etc. outside the hotel were okay, and the location is convenient to Bonn and Koblenz (where we went next). "

"Overall the stay was great. However the pillows had no substance to them. You needed 3 or 4 to make a proper pillow. Also the AC wasn't working fully. I'm guessing the AC was stopped because it was still cold outside so had to sleep with the window open instead. Breakfast was good. Everything you could want. "

"The place was a lovely hotel not far from the Christmas market. All staff and facilities excellent, the room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit expensive at €18.50 per head so we decided not to purchase breakfast. The hotel does have parking but only 18 spaces for the whole hotel which are never available. There is a multistorey car park opposite the hotel which is €18 per 24hrs max"
