This business should not describe itself as a hotel. It is lodgings for regulars who know the procedure and possibly others who appreciate a fairly cheap, no frills no service night.
When I arrived, the front door was locked. A woman came to the main door and pointed for me to go to the side door. At the side door, there were 7 boxes labelled 1 > 7. The woman came to the door and told me I needed to dial a code into panel N° 4 and I'd get my key. It was dark, hardly an outside light and I was expected to turn 4 dials to open the box and get my key. I had not received an email giving me the procedure, room number and code.
The room was clean but basic. Just don't expect any human contact, they just want your money.
