Overall everything is good, staff is also friendly. However I got the problem that there was no hot water on the first night…I tried to call the service desk for a few times but the phone seems not connecting to anyone. When I went to the front desk one of the staff told me the problem was due to the boiler, I understood that it might not be solved soon as it was 11pm already, but I was not given any alternatives, and I’m not sure if it is really just a problem for my room or for others as well as I dun see other people complaining.
The second day the problem was fixed, however the water was still not hot enough, the water power was also rather weak. I gave me comment when I left the hotel. Hopefully it will be better next time.
