"The property was clean and there were plenty of sleeping spots for our family. The condo was well stocked and communication with the owner was excellent. Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. Check out was easy and instructions for both check in and out were clear and minimal."

"Beautiful old house in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the lake and downtown. Louisa was our hostess. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. We had the room off the living area so there was a little noise when the restaurant patrons left for the evening but it was very brief and no trouble at all. I usually shy away from boutique hotels but I was delighted that I took a change on Hotel Earl! It exceeded my expectations every step of the way! We travel all over and often and this was easily one of the top 10 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in! The room was huge and beautifully decorated with tons of character. "We booked this property for a last-minute family of 4 ski trip. Location is wonderful and unit was stocked with everything we needed. I'm not sure if we missed in the description or it wasn't mentioned but to access the unit required approx. 30 uphill steps to carry luggage. This was not a big deal for us, but something people should be aware of. Beds were a little hard, but could be personal preference. Very happy with our decision to book and would stay here again."

I usually shy away from boutique hotels but I was delighted that I took a change on Hotel Earl! It exceeded my expectations every step of the way! We travel all over and often and this was easily one of the top 10 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in! The room was huge and beautifully decorated with tons of character. I could see how the pool and hot tub could get crowded fast in peak season but they were perfect for our April stay! The breakfast was much better than expected and the lady who was working the lo bar/lobby area while we celebrated our daughter’s birthday was so attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond which was definitely not expected but certainly appreciated!! Well done Hotel Earl!!!"
