An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a new large walk-in shower. Small soaps are provided. Suite 209 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. The one area that comfort in our humble opinion should be paramount is the mattress because after all most people go on vacation to sight see. Very little time is spent in a rental during the day. Having a good bed to rest one’s tired body is important. The mattress in condo #209 was worn out, with very little support. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. She was a pleasure to talk with and just so willing to help.
