It’s alright. Bad area though, lots of homeless. Did not get good wifi in room and TVs remotes were not working, overall average place to stay

Upon check in, the room was not ready for us and it was after 6pm. We waited about 15 min before it was ready. They compensated us $100 for the inconvenience but that still seemed inadequate. When asking for our room to be turned down, we also asked for the soap in the shower to be filled since it was out however that was not done. The room did not have a fridge/freezer, just a yeti cooler that you have to fetch ice for. The facilities were very pretty and the bed was lovely. The casino was a nice convenience for entertainment.
