“friendly and helpful staff”

it is in a good central position to shops and train station, the car park deal with the nearby shopping centre was a good price.It was useful to use this secure carpark at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good for the reasonable price. The rooms were clean but unfortunately the lift was broken for several days and being on the third floor was good excercise for us. Booking overseas has an error on which we booked for twin beds but came up on their screen as double beds.

“very good hotel”

very good hotel. efficient and friendly staff. the hotel is very conveniently situated for the trains, buses and shopping centres
