"Disastrous experience. Was travelling for work and arriving late Sunday night but booked this location as they advertised no check in limits. I was told I would receive check in instructions in case the front desk was closed (which unless you’re arriving before 5pm on a week day it will be) but nothing arrived. "A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. We only found out that there was no wifi once we had booked. This also meant that there was no Smart TV as advertised. The listing should state clearly that there is no WIFI. Also the information pack in the cottage gave no instructions regarding the rubbish bins. "We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours.
