Facilities for numerous sports

Posted 07-Apr-2014
Pros: The service was excellent , the staff friendly and the meals were first class.
Cons: Maybe have times of the year when children are not encouraged?
Location: The location is rather remote so it is necessary to travel into Dubai for shopping etc. However the hotel run a free bus service for residents.
We have stayed here before and found it a very good hotel, unfortunately they have encouraged families to come and as we are pensioners we found the noise of children screaming , crying running up and down corridors very annoying. Most of these small children were up late at night so it was difficult to have a peaceful drink or snack. Parents seem to encourage their children to run amok! In future we shall seek out an Adults only hotel.

Fabulous all inclusive beach holiday

Posted 07-Apr-2014
Pros: The food, drinks, beach.
Cons: Airport shuttle would be good. Hotel cars were expensive and twice the price of taxis.
Location: It is a long way out so if you're heading into the city, catch the free coach to the Mall and then a taxi from there.
Just got back from our second stay at the Jebel Ali Beach Hotel and can't praise it highly enough. The staff were magnificent, from the cleaners to the front of house, everyone went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The food was amazing and with a choice of restaurants with a la Carte menus it didn't get boring. We received a free room upgrade, courtesy of being an Expedia VIP Elite customer, which I had assumed was a worthless marketing ploy but actually worked!

A good all inclusive hotel

Posted 02-Apr-2014
Pros: All inclusive is a very good option and there is not much you can't have. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Cons: Entertainment in the evenings was sometimes lacking but this May suit some people.
Location: The hotel is out of town but this is reflected in the price. The hotel runs regular bus trips to malls and attractions and taxis are cheap enough .
We have stayed here before on all inclusive basis. The food is of a high standard and there is a large choice. Also plenty of choice for drinks. The hotel is slightly out the way but this is reflected in the price.

Nice friendly hotel

Posted 31-Mar-2014
We stayed for two weeks and loved the service and the excellent service from staff. Loved the peacock lounge area, the beach was really nice. All the staff who interacted with my children made them feel special, especially Ayesha from the ibn majid restaurant. They still remember her and say where is our friend gone. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Relaxing location with plenty of amenities

Posted 30-Mar-2014
Pros: The grounds and choice of places to have a drink/meal. The breakfast buffet was very extensive.
The hotel is just what you need for a relaxing beach holiday. There is lots to do and the location is great - it is in its own expansive grounds with no other buildings in sight....yet close enough to Jumeirah centre if you want more "life". There are free shuttle buses to Jumeirah/shopping malls, although a regular taxi only costs about £12 to get there. The marina alongside the hotel completes the feel o a self contained resort.

Wonderful Resort

Posted 26-Mar-2014
Our second visit to Jebel Ali and once again every box was ticked. This truly is a wonderful resort with amazing staff that really are a credit to the hotel. The all inclusive option is great value for money and the standard of restaurants/food and service are second to none. Our son (who is 7) loved the kids club. It offers lots of variety for all ages and the staff are professional and very friendly... in fact I would compare it to any high end nursery in the UK. The pools/beach and gardens are beautifully maintained and nothing is too much trouble. We have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and for us this place really cant be beaten. If you want a relaxing holiday in value for money luxury then look no further!

Excellent resort hotel

Posted 26-Mar-2014
Pros: Friendly staff, pool and resort facilities. Food at all restaurants was at a very high standard
Cons: Too many children particularly in restaurants and a restrict late night parties in the grounds to finish at midnight.
Location: Location was great being out of the city but only a short bus ride away.
We've just returned from a lovely week in Dubai at jebel Ali. Everything was very good right through from the helpful staff to the swimming pools to the lovely food at the restaurants. It was great to stay at a hotel where the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Being a recently retired couple, our only issue was with the number of children as this is primarily a family hotel. We do not expect to see young children running around in restaurants late in the evening. For this reason couples maybe better suited at the adjacent palm tree court hotel.
