Decent property in a good location. I have stayed in 3 different rooms and some were in a bad section of the building with noise or no views. But if you manage to get one on the better section of the building its really good.

The staff were nice & professional but unfortunately the room was unsatisfactory. Even for a smoking room the smell of past cigarettes was still too much at times & made it smell as well as look dated. If you're a smoker & want a hotel near the metro station this is good budget option, otherwise look elsewhere.

An Ibis is an Ibis. You know what you're going to get. I thought the room at this one was a bit larger than other Ibis hotels. I like the area, it's lively and interesting, also relatively close to the airport. Many 24 hour supermarkets. Al Ghurair Mall is a short walk and has many coffee and eating options. The gym is ok, could be improved with heavier weights.

Everything was wonderful and everyone in the staff were super responsive and went above and beyond to make may stay a perfect one. Location super close to Metro Red line about 5 minutes walk ... This station takes you everywhere around Dubai. Crowded but save area ... Restaurants and super markets around. Will definitely stay here again and recomend it to friends and family

The room was smaller then expected. Also there is no plug near the bed. They don't have an extending cord. Also your not aloud to warm up food from outside in their hotel. There are a lot of men staying in this hotel as a woman. It can make you feel uncomfortable. I called twice to the reception and no one picked up or even called back. Overal the stay was okay the bed was nice and the shower is also very small.

3rd time to Dubai and if you prefer the Deira area then the Ibis al Rigga is the place. I suffered everywhere else. Good vibe in the area, center of what I like and 3 minutes from the subway.

Smell is unbearable in 7th floor as lack of ventilation by opened window. Property 5years ago was much better.

Comfortable stay, very close to metro, walkable to everything, breakfast food was good, alot of options hopefully they will offer gluten free options. Chef Nicanor was very accomodating to our needs.

We have vérin staying in this property since it’s opening many years ago! There a lack of staff training as whenever mgt change occurs, things change as if there is no stabdard they all have to go by! No respect to ex platinum members, no loyalty to members, no uniformity…

Sub-par room this time.
This is the first time I was disappointed with the hotel. Room was smelly, toilet leaked, iron tripped power, wifi was slow. Guests had their children run up and down the corridor screaming at 1 AM in the morning! I had to call it in twice. Will probably look at a few more options next time I travel to Dubai
