“Excellent hotel i would recommebd it to any one in the Dubai area”

I enjoyed my stay ay this hotel and if any one is in the Dubai area i would recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

“Definite repeat for me”

Super location - right next to the Metro. The street is perfect at night with a number of eateries from fast food to local food outlets. The rooms were super neat and really paush. I didnt get a view, but I got it changed in an iffy and it really showed a super view of Dubai. I like the security aspect a lot. You can only operate the elevator if you have a key pass .. thats a biggie in my book. A pretty neat gym and coke dispensers on every floor.

“Good Comfortable Hotel”

Hotel was convenient for everything within 300 metres of Al Rigga Metro station.(three metro stops from airport terminal one) so there was no need to arrange hotel transfers or the hassle of taxis. Metro is cheap and fast though always busy. Hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Bed linen is changed every day. staff. Food service is limited but there are many restaurants in the area. In particular there is an excellent seafood restaurant towards Union square where I had the largest prawns that I have ever seen. Bar is quiet and not too expensive though the wide screen TV seems to have football all the time..

the hotel was nice cool and to the point but only his location is far from Mall of dubai and Mall of Emirates

Was a convenient location for me. Hotel is very clean and the staff was helpful.

“Modern, clean, simple in a great location”

It's close to the metro and lots of restaurants, salons, shops. Short taxi ride to Dubai Mall or City Centre. The only drawback is the bathroom is very tiny, but who spends that much time in the bathroom? Also, internet is pricy. I'd rate this superb if internet was included in the price.

“Oh my Gosh”

The check in was ok but I had to initiate the greeting, don't know what that was about, beyond that nothing the cutomer service was lacking. There was a situation with the breakfast, At first I was told that breakfast was included, but then it wasn't, not a problem I will pay which I did after going back and forth between the service desk and lounge area. After paying I went to get food and there was nothing left but beans and they had the nerve to say it's ok eat beans and bread. Needless to say I didn't eat breakfast. The rooms are so small that if you have a problem with small spaces you'll be in trouble here. Then there was the move besause there was no cold water, I only stayed two nights and had to move? About the only thing that was a plus was the staff that cleaned the rooms. Guess that does it. I don't think I will be staying there again.

“Dubai worst hotel”

Please don't waste your money! The service at this hotel was bad and the bath room was dirty.
