"Overall good experience. We were greeted upon arrival. Friendly staff. Fast check in. Gave 4 stars because a couple pieces of furniture in our room were visibly soiled and stained . Also, I ordered food from there restaurant which was ok and for some old reason they triple charged my card and I had to wait a week for it to be corrected. "

"The rooms are decorated nicely and clean. Great bathrooms and comfy beds. Halls were loud later in the evening despite the policy to keep quieter after 11:00. Used the water park and no one was keeping up with cleaning the tables. Kind of gross and difficult to find a place to sit. Halls and exterior can use sone updating but lobby was nice. Security was heavy at one point due to an issue outside the water park near the arcade so my kids did not go in. Not happy about that."

All was fine; until - as I stepped out of the tub, the tub bottom is much higher than the stepping out of the tub on to the floor, underestimating the step to the floor, unaware of the distance to the floor - I lost my balance, and nearly fell down.
