"This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!"

"I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open...

"Things that were great: Neighborhood was safe and clean, lots of restaurants. House was walking distance to Oasis club which was fun and had great food. House was clean and accommodating. Property owners were very responsive throughout the entire process. Things that weren't great: The houses were so close together you could hear other families party until 2am most nights with no one to call at that hour to shut them down. Interstate 4 is under construction constantly so you are sitting in...

"Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!"

"The property was wonderful and just as advertised…very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. The newly open restaurant and bar at the pool was an added bonus. We had never stayed in the Champions Gate area but once we got our bearing, we were able to find everything pretty easily…Disney Springs (we weren’t planning on going to any parks),...

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the margaritaville cottages. It was peaceful and was convenient having a kitchen and tons of living space to relax. Target was close by which made it easy to buy groceries :). Overall the cottage was clean and have no complaints in regards to cleanliness. My only complaint was little knats that got inside, maybe from outside etc. However, we enjoyed our stay and we will come back again :) 10/10"

"This was our second time visiting The Grove, and we loved it even more than the first visit! We got to spend more time at the surfari water park, and hang out in the lazy river. Our 3 bedroom condo was fantastic! It was well laid out, clean and in a quiet corner. We loved it! We can’t wait to return for another visit!"

"BE AWARE!! We booked this stay only to have the host contact us the DAY BEFORE our scheduled check-in date to tell us there was an issue with the house and they could not honor our booking. He then apologized and told me to cancel my reservation. I knew if I canceled within 24 hours I would not get a refund, so I contacted VRBO directly instead to ensure the cancellation went through properly and I got my money back. The host then tried calling me multiple times telling me I needed to cancel...

"Host contacted about many complaints, from the house smelling like animals, low level pool water, knob missing from hot tub, dirty towels, blood stained mattress, soiled sheets, dirty carpet, dirty patio table, dirty pool, internet for televisions not working, filter on refrigerator needing to be changed, and not one time did the host come or send someone to address the concerns. We paid for pool heat in a pool that for the first 3 days we had to keep adding water too, that made the pool cold so...
