“Great place to stay!”

This hotel is intended for longer stays. It has a full kitchen with apt size appliances. The closets have shelving and even had little things like a laundry basket. My mom, sister and I stayed just for one night. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast bar was awesome. Very clean!

The room was clean, the employees were nice, my only complaint was there were no clean towels in the pool area.

Everything was very nice. Room has conviences with frig and 2 burner stove top that we didn't use very much. We will definately go back!

“Good except for rude male clerk”

Good hotel (lots of room) if very pricey. Desk clerk did the passive/agressive, if you move your car, then I will get you towels nonsense. Next time, please realize that you are there to serve not be snarky!

“Great Hotel”

This was a great stay in a great hotel. The area is a bit quiet and I did almost walk into a lake on the first night but despite this the Staybridge Suites was a really good choice of accomodation. Only thing missing was a safe in the rooms.

“Great comfort at a very affordable price”

was in Novi for a two day trip. Took a red-eye flight from the west coast. Got in early in the morning and was allowed to checkin around noon (well before the usual 3 PM check-in time). This helped a lot in terms of getting much needed rest. Very clean and comfortable. Was there for only a night but it seems like a good place to stay if you have an extended trip. Suite like setup of the room made it very comfortable if you wanted to get a little work done, or even cook/heat up takeout.

“Decent place to stay”

The Staybridge Suites is a relatively new and nice place to stay. It hasn't been as nice of a stay as previous reviewers have experienced. It's hard to sleep with being able to hear people walking above you, kids running the walls, and our toilet flushes every time the guests above us do. There is no service to rooms on the weekend, so no new towels or beds made, unless you request it. There are several walls in our room that aren't very clean. The suite is slightly smaller than I expected, making it difficult to navigate if you have the fold out couch in use. Otherwise, the breakfast is quite nice, the staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Free laundry room is a huge plus. The location is convenient and it's nice to have 10 pillows in our room. The kitchen is more than sufficient, having everything except an oven. There is also a small area where you can buy snacks, but no restaurant for lunch/dinner. We didn't experience the evening reception because it's only offered Tues, Wed, and Thursday. I am considering another stay in a few weeks, but there are comprable hotels nearby.
