Second, they told us that we could use the services and then they charged us an extra 20 dollars that they never notified in advance. I wouldn't go back."

"It is very convenient as it is situated in an area where we could walk to several restaurants and even though offsite parking was sometimes difficult we always managed to find street parking not too far away. The people working there were always very nice and helpful. The room had a nice comfortable bed and the room size was perfect for our stay. It has a microwave, toaster, a kettle and a fridge. "

"Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders)."
