There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. "Fantastic stay, good food and atmosphere but terrible wifi, no body help with our luggage, they did not give as a package regarding access to what we had. The staff at the front just give us a key and told as the room #. No elevators and we had to drag our suitcases 3 - 6 stairs down and then up to the top floor of the building. This in temperatures of 36 C +. Bad customer service at the front desk. But excellent customer service at the bar and restaurants!"
