"My husband and I booked this hotel for one week for our 12 year anniversary. We hoped for a peaceful, beautiful space with friendly service and a beautiful place to rest and relax and enjoy ourselves. From arrival it was nothing as we hoped. Unhelpful staff, impossible to find and when you did, useless unless you are perfectly fluent in French. unable to assist or support any of your needs or requests.
