"Such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Is was a little nervous initially to book but I'm so glad we stayed here. It's a small hotel and a little bit further out than others but it's a completely short walkable distance to the town center and bus stop to the Santa village. There's plenty of food for breakfast and the choice to pay extra for evening meals. Staff are so wonderful and the hotel and area was so quiet when we stayed in March which we loved. "Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. "I am really impressed with this hotel. It is only 10-15 minutes walk away from the train station. I was able to check in early due to my train journey from Helsinki arriving at 09.45. So I did not have to wait around until 14.00. I would stay here again."

"Very conveniently located guesthouse (3 minute walk to train station/bus terminus for Santa Claus Village, 3 minutes to a supermarket, 10 minutes to the edge of downtown). The rooms were small but warm and clean. A kitchen is available for use, and so is laundry (7 Euros). The breakfast was included but not remarkable. The front desk staff gave very good directions. Wifi worked well too."
