"Rooms look old and need updating. Only 4 channels on the TV and the TV itself was a really old model, no chance of casting to it to cover for the lack of channels. When we arrived at 3.45pm we were told that in no uncertain terms that check in time was 4. There were loads of people around reception waiting for their room to be ready. Breakfast was generally a poor experience. On the first morning we waited 20 minutes to get the food after ordering it. We ordered more toast, waited 10 minutes...
