"Highly recommend booking this place. Stayed as a family of 4 and Julia and Iain really had thought of everything. We arrived via train and so didn’t pack a lot. They had beach mats, wind breakers etc Also had a bed guard for our little one so she didn’t roll out of bed. Even the bathroom had a hair towel! "Good location for the NEC. A bit tricky to find as the sat nav didn’t recognise the location and took us elsewhere. Nice room and helpful staff."

"It’s right on the water and it’s walkable. The room is a standard room, but the bed is comfortable and clean. The price is reasonable for the area. The Buffett breakfast is ok. "

"The location of the b&b was perfect for not only accessing Pleasure Beach and sandcastle, but equally the attractions near the tower due to the tram stop at end of street. Leigh & Sue were great hosts we felt very welcomed. "
