"A luxury all- inclusive game lodge experience. The 8km drive from the main road is dirt and gravel so a little challenging for our tiny hire car. A warm welcome on arrival and our room was very spacious and comfortable ( the bed was quite hard but perhaps the mattress was new). An indoor and outdoor shower meant you could wash under the incredible stars in the night sky if so inclined. Lodge was comfortable and well decorated if slightly lacking in atmosphere. "House is well secured and in a lush garden. Braai area is lovely as is the fireplace. It smells a bit musty and the bathrooms are 70s. There is a generator that keeps the lights on when there is an electricity outage , unfortunately this is next to one of the rooms, which is loud if on at night. Check-in is not at the house itself - which should be noted on the check-in instructions. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"We stayed at Hillsnek with friends and had the best time. Beautiful place to stay, on arrival we were welcomed with an elephant drinking at the pool which was amazing! The tent was fabulous, very comfortable bed and a bath with a view! Used the outdoor shower too which was wonderful! Would have loved a day just to enjoy our surroundings but we were here for safari and it didn’t disappoint, 6 game drives over our 3 nights and they all exceeded any expectations we had. "THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZANDILE FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING. SHE WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS. BOTH YOUR RECEPTION STAFF HAVE GREAT DECISION MAKING SKILLS. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE."
