"I made this reservation kind of fast and didn’t realize it had a 6.0 rating. On my way there from my flight I was really scared with everything I was reading about dirty sheets, not getting the keys etc. We called the number on the confirmation email but everything happened smoothly and someone showed up with the room key not long after we arrived at the location. Everything in the apartment worked fine and looked clean. The location was great with the night market and beach close by and a bus...

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Overall a decent hotel and I enjoyed my stay. It has great exercise facilities (as per the Sports Hotel name) and the location is good if you want quiet time away from Walking Street. The hotel itself is a bit tired and most of the staff (outside of reception) spoke minimal English. The Muay Thai/MMA facilities were also great however I found the sessions underwhelming. Aside from 20 mins with a trainer, you're on your own for the remaining 1hr 40 mins. No one that lead a warm up, stretches...

"The villas are really charming with Thai Style same the photo. Fantastic location very central to everything, away from the noise but close enough to the action and the beach. The private swimming pool with the waterfall is wonderful and "only" 3 hot tub also "only" for us... is amazing ! The owner and the staff was wonderful and they helped us about our trips... and the number one ... the chef cookers at the villa !! but the home delivery Thai food and Italian food is surprisingly...

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...
