"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "The location is not very convenient. Staffs don't speak much English but were helpful. Room service the Cesar salad was surprisingly way too salty as Chilean food are quite blend. Reception promised to call taxi to airport was 5000 pesos ended up driver asked for 7000 pesos."

The pool you see in the pics are not correct. It was only 3 chairs at the pool and no chair cushions on them. One of them was available at the time I went there but could not use it becauase it was full with bird poo. "The hotel has absolutely no perks. Breakfast is poor, and all meals offer no chance to choose. room was Ok, but don't ask for anything more, Location is pretty nice but the hotel has no access to the river, which is a few feet from the rooms so you have to go to a nearby resort to practice any water sport or just stroll by the river. when we asked for a trekking activitie or a massage the people never made any reservation and never showed up.
