"Upon arriving to 3 Martini’s we found that it had undergone a name change and change in management. They had no availability for us and we were placed in what they sold to us as a “beachfront villa.” We paid extra for this and thanked them. It turned out to be a less than average room down the road covered in plastic and charged well beyond what it was worth. Do not book! "

"The property is lovely. The staff is very accommodating. I would recommend staying in the garden stuites. The restaurants are good and offer vegan options. The bartender Reggie offered delicious drinks and Shama the asst mgr arranged a changing room after we checked out in order to swim and have lunch while waiting for our next boat accommodations on another property a few hours later. "We booked a room at this hotel after missing our flight home to Toronto. We arrived at night and since the property is in a rural area, there were swarms of bugs in the evening and the surrounding area isn’t well lit. There is a place to buy food water and snacks nearby but it’s a 15 min walk and the food we tried wasn’t that great (oily and salty). Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "trouble with reservation when check in. AFTHER ROOM WAS GIVEN THEY CHANGE ME AFTHER AN HOUR. ROOM THEY GAVE ME AIR DID NOT WORK PROPERLY.TOILET WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALSO. NEEDS UP GRADE"

"Arca Villa was WONDERFUL - the views and the pool deck were such that I never wanted to leave, even to venture into town. Bathroom was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. People who are sensitive to early morning noise may prefer the west side of the villa (I am pretty sure my room was the only one to hear anything)"
