"O hotel precisa de uma boa administração. No check-in me colocaram em um quarto no primeiro andar que, na primeira descarga no vaso sanitário, deu problema. Me trocaram para quarto no segundo andar. No segundo dia da estada, o vaso sanitário entupiu. Consertaram. No terceiro dia, de novo, reclamei e disse pra deixarem assim pois já estava saindo. A desculpa são que os franceses hospedados jogam papel higiênico no vaso sanitário. Fora isso, tudo correu bem e recomendo o hotel."

"Very friendly and easy check-in with Pamela at reception. Great location just a few blocks from the Fort and Amazon River. Lots of great restaurants and bars along the riverside - my favorite was "Brisa Boa". The hotel breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked well and mini fridge and AC in rooms. Credit cards accepted. "The hotel is in a good location, near several restaurants, and it was easy to find. Most of the staff don't speak English (although the night clerk when I checked in did) but they are quick to use Google translate to give you the best service possible.
