This is a great property if staying in the Urbandale/West Des Moines area. Modern, immaculate, well-maintained, tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms with convenient electrical outlets and USB ports in the headboards. Spotless modern bathrooms with great water temp and pressure, nice bath products, illuminated mirror over the sink. Great location, ample free off-street parking, card access building and rooms. Nice big bar/breakfast area with good complimentary breakfast including eggs, meats, potatoes, bakery items, cereal, fruit, and more. Friendly staff. Front desk told me the property was completed gutted and redone 4 years ago - it looks brand new. Highly recommend.

This hotel is decent, nice, pretty clean, although there was someone else's hair on the lamp in our room, which brings onto question the level of cleanliness in the most important area, the guests rooms, but I have to say it's the least nice Hilton hotel I've ever been to. I usually love Hilton's various different collection hotels. And this was fine but I'd take any of the other Hilton hotels I've stayed at over the Revel. It was a very base, basic hotel. Nothing was outstanding except the man at the front desk when we checked in. He was great, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had breakfast before we left and it was alright but could have been better. It too was very basic, nothing exceptional.
