Was pleasantly surprised room was refreshed for a 2 night stay. Many places no longer offer that service. Liked the egg patties, sausages and waffles for a hot breakfast. Extremely reasonable prices compared to other nearby motels. To get to it, can be easy to miss the drive as many drives close by. Maybe have a sign at the end of the drive so easier to find. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was very cold upon entering. Warmed up quickly when we turned it above 60 degrees. Breakfast was just ok. Several items were missing or not stocked. Parking lot not plowed, so hard to walk through and park. Sidewalks were clear, but had to climb through snow to get into our car. Bed was comfortable and noise level was good. Not a bad hotel for the price, have stayed here before, but will look at other options due to the breakfast that was mediocre at best.

It was adquate for what I needed but it needs remodeled. The chair and ottoman in the room was stained and dirty looking. I wouldn't sit in it. The mattress pad had huge holes in it along the sides, the tv stand had chunks out of it and the carpet had holes in it. The staff was hard to understand and the breakfast was not very appealing.

Cheap stay
It’s was just that, a (cheaper) place to stay. The beds were uncomfortable, room was dingy, no elevator and could use more of an update. The pool was small and sketchy with a sign on the door that said to take a shower before swimming. Never did go down for breakfast. Couldn’t understand the 2 front desk guys I dealt with.

Guests usually rave about how comfortable our beds and pillows are, sorry to hear that it didn't accommodate to your needs. The sign on the door to shower is because guests have personal products such as sunscreen and other body products that leak into the pool. Hotel was built a long time ago, and only 2 stories, therefore an elevator was not built at that time. We are in the process of remodeling soon. Haven't been able to that due to COVID ruining business for approximately 3 years, and everything we need supply-wise is on back order for 6-12 months. Hope this clears up the confusion. Thanks for the feedback, and have a great day! :)

So many food options within walking distance. Don’t bother going to the casino…. machines are pretty tight and no workers seemed friendly or managed a smile. Decent selection of games tho.

This property really needs updated. It is close to several good restaurants & we actually walked to them. Easy to get on & off interstate from here.

Hotel quality going downhill fast.
I didn’t bring a measuring tape, but I’m pretty sure the “queen” beds were actually full size. The cleaning crew left my room open after cleaning it. All of my personal belongings were exposed and available to be stolen. The breakfast options were minimal. Last but not at all least, the pool area was absolutely awful. The photos are inaccurate depictions of the actual pool; It is much smaller in person. My son fell and hit his head immediately upon entering the pool area and fell multiple times during our visit because the tile was so wet. There is not enough space in that room. There was some tread tape down but it was spaced wider than an adult stride, let alone a child’s stride. The entire floor should be tread tape to prevent injury. Also, the water was so cloudy and smelled so strong of bleach and chlorine. I’m pretty sure they just dumped shock it in the pool to keep it “clean”. We were in the pool for maybe 30 min before I made my kids get out. I was worried we would get an infection or something from how dirty it was.

The pool gets cloudy when a ton of people are swimming at once and they have chemicals on their body such as makeup, sunscreen, lotion and a variety of other things. This also goes along with dirty clothes people may be wearing. There would never be an issue of getting an infection as the chemicals in the pool continuously disinfect the pool. I appreciate you bringing those other issues to our concern so we can correct them. Have a great day! :)

The pool was cold. There was a makeup pallete left in our room from the previous renters. The phone did not work in the room. The noise level in the hotel was loud, could hear running in the halls pretty late at night. Very outdated hotel. Walking distance to Perkins was nice as the hotel breakfast was a no for us.

Rooms are old and dated. They could do a much better job of cleaning outside. Trash cans are uncovered, weeds around the property, parking lot is dirty. Front desk was unfriendly, rooms are old, bathroom was outdated.
