Even though we made the reservation four months ago, I got a call the morning of our stay saying they “might have to move us to another property” because they “didn’t have enough housekeepers.”
Then when we checked in a little bit late because our flight was delayed, there was one staff member there. This person was unable to do anything because the computer “nighttime audit“ was going on. We stood at the desk for 20 minutes waiting for some automated computer function to finish up, unable to check in after our 12 hour travel day… unable to check in for a reservation that we made AGES AGO.
The mattress on the fold out couch was absolutely horrifically disgusting… It should be condemned. The same was true in the other two rooms we reserved. Ew.
The only reason I didn’t rate it as “terrible“ is because the individual who finally did check us in was incredibly friendly and tried to be accommodating, and the regular non sofa beds were decently comfortable. And the price was right.
