The coffee machine was broken, the breakfast menu was limited and items were not resupplied, the hot water quit working, and the hotel locked us out of our room 3 days into our 5 day stay and said we never checked in. It took almost an hour to resolve this with the manager.

Stay was nice, the only downfall would be a small stain near the end of the comforter on one bed but other than that everything else was great!

I love that they have a gym that has a little more to offer than the average. Lower rates as a fancy hotel, but same great exprerience. The hotel smells AMAZING EVERYWHERE! The beds were super cozy. Negatives: the tubs are small and the water had a funny smell, but I think it was a city water issue at the time. Also, the noise level from the highway is kind of high.

Very, very rundown, felt dirty. Booked there because of rating that was inaccurate and the indoor pool. First, the pool area was dirty and rundown and couldn’t swim in the pool because it was not he’s at all. Felt like entering a polar plunge. The furniture in the room except for the bed looked like it was from a garage sale, no f it matched. If my sy stay was undefinable I would have left. We were on the 3rd floor, ice machine was on the first floor. TERRIBLE!!!

It was ok…
Indoor pool was freezing with not enough sitting furniture. 2 towels for use in the pool area we only stayed 5 mins. Our room had dead cockroaches in it, the sheets were clean and bathroom as well but the beds were hard! They did have plenty of pillows though.

Bad first experience with BW
It started with when we got there they had booked us the wrong room, even though i called and checked on this a month before. There was nothing they could do because they had already rented our room. We got up to the room and was obvious it was in the middle of a remodel and was NOT ready to be rented. Curtains were missing, splotchy paint jobs, cabinets falling off their hinges, Kratom in the kitchen cabinets, a strong smell of weed in one cabinet, holes in the walls, cobwebs complete with giant spiders. The parking lot lights were in our windows with no curtains. In both rooms we had to let the water run for over 35 mins to get the brown color to go away. The beds were clean, but un comfortable. Headboards definitely werent clean and lets hope it was just lotion and not some bodily fluid... The second room they gave did have its curtains, and the correct kitchen. The pillows for the bed, some appeared to be square sofa pillows with pillowcases. If i wasnt SO sick from throwing up the night before check out from the nice case of cellulitis i picked up while there..i would have demanded a refund at check out. The staff was friendly and breakfast good. *site wont allow me to upload photos.

Awful experience!!!! I pick this place because the review it was good! But when I got in my hotel room, the bath tube, shower and sink water it was brown. So I could shower , I called them to resolve and I got any answer about it. Very disappointing and disgusting!

NIce hotel. Check in was easy and no problems while staying there. Some things look to be up-dated and other things need to be. Nothing special about breakfast--basic. Many dining option close by. Easier to get to if you are going north. If exiting to go south go through the McDonalds or one of the other business parking lots--other wise you will have to go way down the feeder , under the highway and back.

News Years overnight
We only stayed one night. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and bright. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time in the area.

Nice hotel but dog fee too high.
Liked the hotel just fine but the $50 pet fee means we won’t be back. I don’t mind $25 -$30 but I guess you don’t want dogs. I can appreciate some have ruined it for all of us who have obedient, quiet dogs. Too bad.

Great stay at the Dennison Best Western Plus!
This hotel stay was very good. Most small town hotels are ok but this Best Western was above and beyond. The staff provided excellent service. The hotel was very clean and smelled very refreshing. Our room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was not like most pre-cooked breakfast provided by hotel chains, this was better. The Staff's friendliness was so warm and their eagerness to help was amazing. Will not hesitate booking this hotel again.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. When I checked in the bed sheets were dirty and were not changed after the previous guest checked out. I called customer service 10 times no one picked up the call. decided to walk to the front desk sadly no one was at the front desk. I am not sure how this hotel got 4.5-star. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I was very disappointed. Last time we stayed there, it was very clean. This time, the carpet was dirty, there was mold in the corner on the wall above the bathtub, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there was a small bug crawling on the bathroom floor. My sister and her husband were in the room next to ours and killed a big water bug (roach) crawling on the wall and their faucet in the bathroom dripped all night.

My stay was mediocre because it was for business. My room was not cleaned for the entire stay. I had to request new towels. My toilet ran the entire stay even after reporting it to the front desk. Overall, I was comfortable and slept well.

Best customer service!! When I got here I knew I wanted to use the hot tub, so I checked it and it was pretty cold. I asked to turn the heat up and after a few hours it was still cold. Apparently it was broken because someone else had complained about the temperature; so the guy at the front desk (sadly I didn't catch his name) put me up in a suite with a jacuzzi for the inconvenience! So sweet! Overall, the hotel was clean and smelled great, the staff were overall very friendly and accommodating. And the rooms were awesome!
