“Good Value”

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast lacked a little imagination, but that's to be expected. There's a Bob Evans down the road.

“Very reasonable”

The room was comfortable, though the maintenance could be improved: the bathroom door didn't close completely, the towel rack was loose, the door latch got stuck (had to call for assistance), etc. But fortunately there were rooms available and I could switch to another without problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was quite elementary but sufficient. You will need a car to get around and to reach the center of Delaware. The complex includes a very good Walmart store that stays open until midnight.

“OK College town”

College town, comfortable and clean, not real spacious rooms but comfortable. Free breakfast is average at best

“Great Experience!”

This hotel exceeded my expectations by a mile. Nice and friendly staff. Good location (it is next to several good restaurants and stores). Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was very clean. Will definitely be staying there, the next time I am in Delaware.

“Will use many more times”

This hotel is a couple of miles from Ohio Wesleyan University and we use it for our weekly stay to go to football games. The hotel is clean, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the pool is very clean and enjoyable.

“Not much else to choose from”

Close to OWU. Stayed for the convenience but would have paid more for a hotel with a little more sophistication and less of a "chain like" feel. Surroundings are awful and the free breakfast could use a little imagination. Staff kind and hardworking. Hotel had a musty cigarette smell.

“Will probably go back.”

Aside from the strong smells in the bathroom, and the desk clerk sitting outside of the entrance while smoking a cigarette, we found this motel pretty pleasant. The breakfast was very good, with a very helpful attendant who insisted on making our waffles for us. It was apparent that the staff were not happy with the newly installed surveillance cameras, and we weren't too thrilled, either. Overall, a B. We would go back.

“I won't go back there.”

After unpacking and getting ready to attend a family function, I discovered that the toilet was previously used and not cleaned. When this was reported to the manager, his solution was for us to pack up and move to another room. Since we were already late for our function, we did not have time to do that so I instead cleaned the toilet myself that night.
