Being an exterior corridor property is not in our favor. Every property has such issues as this area is known for such insects especially in summertime. After speaking to the professionals there is no permanent solution as these insects come out from the sink and tub drains. Pesticides available in the market on work on contact which makes it very difficult to eradicate such issues completely. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance. Thank you
