The property was terrible looked unsafe! Pool wasn’t working, no free breakfast! Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Door frames broken! Holes in walls and tub was disgusting. We had 5 people they couldn’t give us anymore towels (we had 2) couldn’t give us shampoo if housekeeping wasn’t there! I wouldn’t recommend! Someone was playing music so loud at 10pm I would avoid this place at all costs!

There wasn’t an ability to use the swimming pool which disgustingly black. Door to come in from outside had a nail jammed in so no lock or safety when entering. Place is extremely out dated. Enter the room the door casing is badly damaged chipping apart. The floor was sticky and nasty throughout. Bugs and spiders in the beds. Curtain looks raggedy old, chewed and torn at the bottom. Mattresses need to be replaced.

I expected a lot more. The door to the bathroom was rotten at the bottom - look to be severe water damage. Bathroom could do for upgrade. Mirror needs to be cleaned desperately. Overall, this location needs a paint job. Complimentary breakfast was a joke and not worth it.

Bed felt like I was laying on springs. Room and hallways had a mothball smell. Door entering the first floor hallway was left unlocked the whole time. This hotel did not live up to the standards of Wyndham hotels. Would not recommend to anyone.

This review will be short, as was our visit. In short, the property looked like it was abandoned and just recently reacquired. We entered our room, the bathroom floor was sticky, and there was hair(s) in a multitude of places in the shower and sink area, there was evident mold along the tub surround. The room itself was worse, the carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum since Dale Sr was racing cars around the corner. The piece that put us over the top, we went to get into our beds and there were fleas. Everywhere under the sheets. We bolted off the property and slept in our car. Extremely disappointing experience

staff was nice... Checked in a lil early, didn't even stay the exterior door was boarded over, pool and hot tub non functional for over a year green slimy algae in the bottoms, this hotel was not as advertised, have protection plan but don't know how to implement its use

My experience with this hotel was a wreck as the first hotel I booked over, booked me so hard to get to another hotel and this was the one I chose, and it was a horrible experience altogether for me and my kids broken door bugs in the room was not very pleasant nor was I happy

If you are broke and have nowhere to go choose this hotel. you can lock your door watch cable TV and turn on the air conditioning here and there are no roaches.

Beware. This is not a typical Wyndham property. This old building hasn’t been taken care of. The overwhelming smell of cigarettes and marijuana was nauseating. Homeless crowd hanging outside. Did not feel safe leaving at night and will never consider this place again.

The door that was supposed to be locked in order to get to the stairs to our room was unlocked & we didn’t have to use a key also had a dog down the hall from us that every time someone walked by the door the dog would bark so was a little noisy at times also downstairs had a smell for 2 days that smelled like skunk

Didnt like anything it was dirty, no number on outside of room so had to guess what room was ours, food under table by bed, tv had big crack on it, furniture was nasty, stained, sat on bed cause didnt dare sit on couch. Outside had trash all over the place, wasnt mowed. Door to go in propt open with a rock so anyone could enter. Never will come back there. Shouldnt of been that price for the nasty place.

this place is disgusting what ever you do spend the extra money roaches, other peoples hair on towels floor and bath tub. human feces in the bed. food stains on the wall. black mold in the bath room cue tips on the bath room floor. looks nothing like the pictures over grown grass crack heads in the lobby. one of the worst experiences of my life. genuinely again SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY.

lawn maintenance had not been done in some time, awning on building was being held up by 4x4s and the door to get into the building was busted and covered by a piece of plywood. didnt even check in, felt very unsafe. looked run down. not like the pics on expedia, wish they would send people out to secret shop the places they want is to stay at. thank goodness i didn't pay ahead

The hotel was dirty, no hot water, outlets in room did not work, bathtub does not drain properly, faucet leaked all over when open and toilet kept running when flushed and the grass/weeds were not kept up also one of the entrance doors to the stairs did not work so had to go around to get in and when told to the staff all they said was we will let management know but no signs of correcting our stay. The worst and I DO NOT recommend anyone staying.

The balcony had old bottles of alcohol, no remote to operate TV, no cups to drink the coffee if we wanted too, the AC was so loud we had to turn it off so we could sleep which made it incredibly hot and uncomfortable

No hot water for two consecutive days after reporting to front desk. Inoperable toilet for two consecutive days after reporting to front desk. New vinyl flooring was extremely dirty in addition to the rest of the room. Seemed to be of no concern to the staff. Was told I could contact the manager which was not on site. Ended up checking out earlier than my reservation and making other arrangements. After reading previous reviews of similar issues it is extremely hard to understand why Expedia would even have this hotel listed as one of their recommendations ???

Property is dirty,loud screaming at all hours. No security at this property. The doors that need a key card to open had a rock propping open the Door. Anyone can enter this property at anytime. Had to enter thru office each time keycards would not open my room. I have gone back to this property for four years.each year it has gotten worse.

Thought that this place would be nice based on pictures but to say roach motel would be doing an injustice to the roaches. Arrived and immediately cancelled my reservation. Didn’t feel safe for me and my family. Especially with two young children. Then the service was less than stellar. How do you communicate with someone in a service industry that makes you feel like they don’t want to assist you?

Absolutely Terrible, False Information, Hateful Staff, Disgusting Rooms, HORRIBLE SMELL . Very terrible . Will not be back. Reserved a room and they gave it to someone else and booted us out after driving 12 hrs. GOOD LUCK !

This was the worst property I've ever seen... They actually had a sign that warned you about charges if they found blood on the sheets, scary. Multiple parties decided not to stay because of dirty rooms, construction. very scary

Musty, dirty. Did not have running water in the shower, there was no shower curtain. Staff told Me to run the water until it warmed up, but even after 30 minutes nothing was coming out.

The room was filthy and smelled horrible. It was in complete disrepair, literally falling apart. We brought it to the staff's attention just to be told "what do you want us to about it". Manager refused to speak with us, made us wait all morning for her and still never showed up. Many other complaints were rolling in as we waited. In the end neither the Manager nor the staff were willing to do anything for us. This building should be condemned. It is not fit for animals to stay there.

At that time that you were demanding to speak with a manager the manager was assisting with getting rooms ready for guests who were checking in for that day. This place is not healthy, smells musty and moldy, grounds are very unkept, and the overall hotel and furnishings are deplorable. Not much of a choice for me at this point but never again. This place should be condemned but I am guessing the owners are shiesty playing on everyone since it is Daytona beach.
