Family Fun on the Farm
Lovely large rambling farmhouse not far from two great Devonian towns, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Very comfortable with all necessary on site facilities except laundry (launderette in either D or T), including two playful collies and a bonus half size snooker table. A couple of issues with bathroom plumbing and lighting but nothing to detract from a warm half term staycation with the family.

Little gem
We were a family of 8 adults, 1 8yr old and two dogs. Lovely little farm house suitable for 2 dogs. Garden on a slope so not many garden games suitable although my granddaughter enjoyed playing games and feeding ‘Lambo’ the lamb who came to the fence to say hello. Lovely location, short walk to the dog friendly beach but very steep to walk back up the hill. Owners were lovely , very friendly and helpful and appeared on site instantly for an incident which was dealt with straight away. They have 2 very friendly collie dogs which wandered around outside who either wanted to play ball or belly rubs. To visit this lovely little farm you have to remember that it allows dogs so not to expect brand new decor etc.. but views were stunning and it was so quiet. Lovely place to stay with lovely owners
